LIQUOR ICE N EST. 2026

From the first pour to the last toast

A full bar, brought to wherever you're celebrating.

Liquor N Ice is a mobile bar service working across Vaughan and the Greater Toronto Area. You buy the alcohol. We bring the bartender, the tools and, if you want it, everything behind the bar: ice, drinkware, garnish, syrups. Either way, we tell you exactly what to buy so you're not guessing.

What we work

  • Weddings

    4 to 8 hrs

Cocktail hour through the last song, with a menu built around the couple rather than pulled off a list. Two signature drinks, named however you like.

  • Corporate

    3 to 5 hrs

Launches, holiday parties, client nights. Service that reads as considered to the room, and staff who know when to be present and when to disappear.

  • Private parties

    3+ hrs

Birthdays, engagements, anniversaries, backyard nights. Bring the guest list. The bar is handled from setup through cleanup.

Every booking includes a Smart Serve certified bartender who arrives early and cleans up after. Book the full bar and we bring everything behind the bar as well.

the part nobody else gets right

You buy the alcohol. We tell you exactly what.

Ontario rules mean the host supplies the alcohol. Most people find that stressful. Buy too little and the bar runs dry at ten. Buy too much and there's four hundred dollars of rum on the counter in the morning.

So we do the math for you. Once we know your guest count and how long you're pouring, you get a list:

  • Bottle counts by spirit, wine and beer, worked from your actual guest list
  • Mixers and juice quantities, plus ice, cups and garnish if you've gone bartender only
  • A real non-alcoholic option, not an afterthought
  • An estimated total so there are no surprises at the register

On a full bar booking, everything else comes with us: ice, tools, drinkware, garnish prep, syrups.

Three steps, start to finish

1

Tell us about the night

Date, guest count, venue, and roughly what your crowd drinks. We come back with availability and a quote, usually inside a day.

2

We build the menu and the list

You get a drink menu shaped around your event and a shopping list telling you precisely what to buy: brands, bottle counts, and roughly what it'll run you.

3

We run the bar

We arrive an hour early, set up, pour all night, and leave the space cleaner than we found it. You spend the evening with your guests.

Why this exists

Liquor N Ice started in Vaughan out of a fairly ordinary observation: at most events, someone ends up stuck behind a folding table pouring drinks all night instead of enjoying the party they planned.

Everything else gets professional attention. The venue, the food, the photographer. Then the bar is a cooler and a bottle of rye and whoever volunteered.

We treat the bar the way the rest of the night gets treated. Fresh citrus, syrups made rather than bought, ice that's actually cold, and a bartender who knows how to read a room.

You host. We pour.

Smart Serve certified. Serving Vaughan, Toronto, and the surrounding GTA.

Questions we get

Who buys the alcohol?

You do. Ontario licensing means a mobile bar can't sell or supply it, so the host purchases based on the list we send. It also means you keep control of the budget and anything unopened stays yours.

How far ahead should we book?

A month or more for weddings and larger events. Smaller parties can often be arranged with a couple of weeks' notice. Ask anyway, dates open up.

What do you bring?

On a full bar booking, everything except the alcohol and mixers: bar tools, ice, drinkware, house-made syrups, fresh garnish, setup, and cleanup at the end. Bartender only means you supply the ice, cups and garnish as well, and we bring the tools, the menu and the person. Drinkware is heavyweight and clear, in coupe, rocks and stemware shapes, so a drink still looks like a drink.

Do you have a bar, or do we need one?

We can bring a bar cart for $150, or work with whatever surface your venue has. Tell us the space and we'll tell you what's needed.

Can we get a custom menu?

That's the default, not an upgrade. Two signature cocktails built around what you actually like, plus the classics your guests will ask for regardless.

What about guests who aren't drinking?

Every menu includes proper non-alcoholic options, made the same way and garnished the same way. Nobody should be handed a can of pop at a wedding.

How far do you travel?

A flat $50 anywhere in the GTA. Further out, like Hamilton, Barrie, Guelph or Durham, is quoted per event.
